Thanks to a comment left by kai, I just realized I have an “Oh shit” momment… I deleted all files (not folders) in my webroot instead of in a specific folder. Grr…this is why you always make sure you know where you are when you use rm. I’ll have to recover the stuff this afternoon. […]
