Well, I’m writing a paper on the 20’s, and I was talking about how prohibition led to a rebellious nature that caused social change. I then switched to a more somber topic about organized crime and (completely unintentionally) used this transition:

“Prohibition had more sobering effects as well.”

    Oh, I was definitely leaving it in.

    I thought of it while sitting on the table at the doctor’s waiting for him to come in to fill out the form for my trip this summer. I laughed for about 2 minutes straight when I realized what I had done.
